Who can join Never Summit?

Never Summit is open to current and former NCAA student-athletes. You're welcome to join the community, whether you're still competing or have already ended your athletic career.

Is it free to join?

Yes. Athletes, mentors, and companies can create a free account. After signing up, athletes can access basic resources and decide whether to invest in premium consultation or career services based on their needs.

What industries do you connect athletes with?

We work with companies across industries like tech, finance, healthcare, marketing, sports management, entrepreneurship, and more. Our team matches athletes to industries that value leadership, discipline, and adaptability.

Can I still sign up if I’m not graduating yet?

Absolutely. The earlier you join, the better the opportunity to get the job you’ve always wanted. We encourage juniors, seniors, and even grad students to start building their post-sports career plan early.

How does mentorship work on Never Summit?

What happens after I fill out the athlete questionnaire?

Your profile is reviewed by our team. From there, we personalize a dashboard with relevant job opportunities and mentorship options. For deeper support, you’ll have access to consultations and premium services.

How does Never Summit support international student-athletes?

We’re developing partnerships with immigration and legal support services to help athletes understand and navigate visa and work authorization options after graduation.

Is my information shared publicly?

No. Your information is private and only shared with approved mentors or companies that you choose to engage with. We take privacy seriously and use secure systems to protect your data.

How do companies get involved with Never Summit?

Companies can sign up for free, but must sign a contract to access and engage with athlete talent. We only introduce companies to athletes after our internal screening process ensures alignment.

Do I need to be a former athlete to become a mentor?

While we prioritize mentors with athletic backgrounds, anyone with strong professional experience and a desire to support student-athletes is welcome to apply.
